Believe it
or not the green project would be initiated in the year 2025 but in which part
of the world? In Switzerland.
Picture
speaks thousand words. After finding out the innovative technology of solar
energy would be utilized to generate the electricity by laying down solar
panels on the railway tracks under moving trains.
That plan
was revealed by Sun-Ways Switzerland, Swiss based Startup Company. Their main
ambition is to upgrade country’s Railway infrastructure facilities, the testing
would be carried out in the year 2025 and for that purpose, innovative solar
energy system would be implemented from 1 TWh per 5,000 km of railway tracks.

While elaborating
initial testing details of solar energy project, Swiss Startup Company said
that they had checked performance successfully after train travelled on tracks
over solar panels at speed of 150 km/h and therefore optimistic that it could
withstand traffic at speeds of up to 240 km/h.
Switzerland
a tourist country located in west-central Europe, said to known for Swiss
chocolates, watches, fondue, Swiss cheese, Fasnacht, skiing and train rides for
visiting tourists worldwide would definitely be rank higher as far as solar
energy technology is concern.
The environmentalists predicted that green projects like these would be helpful for reducing CO2 emissions by 200,000 tons every year in Switzerland.
