This will be the world's first hydrogen skyscraper, but venue would not Dubai but Egypt. This 50-story skyscraper is being built in new district east of Cairo. The mega construction project will cost $1 billion. Rawabi Holding is the name behind building this and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi vision. 

When this project would have competed by 2030, Egypt anticipates lot of tourists would visit to see and this could increase in revenue of tourism in coming years. Interestingly twenty five percent of electricity of this building would be generated by solar panels while rest rely on pure hydrogen. This eco-friendly project would be the first to be located in the Middle East and North Africa.
