According to
billionaire investor Ron Baron, Elon Musk's SpaceX would be valued roughly $500
billion by 2030. Over the next three years, Baron, who has invested over $1
billion in the rocket company, predicted that its valuation would range from
$250 billion to $300 billion.
With a
current market capitalization of over $150 billion, SpaceX is among the world's
most valuable private companies. SpaceX's satellite internet division,
Starlink, has reached cash flow breakeven. With a network of around 5,000
low-Earth orbit satellites, Starlink is the biggest satellite corporation in
the world.
According to
Bloomberg News, which cited people familiar with the situation, SpaceX is
expected to record revenue of roughly $9 billion this year from its rocket
launch and Starlink businesses. Sales are expected to increase to roughly $15
billion in 2024.
