Aiko Solar, solar panels manufacturer, has presented its new solar panel product at the Intersolar Munich 2024 exhibition.

Talking about they have revealed that their new solar panel Comet Generation 3 (3N72e) made with the highest efficiency with the unique features, comes with flexible operating options. In terms of output power, house owner may choose to increase from 625 to 650 W and from 24.2% to 25.2% in efficiency. The weight and size of this new solar panel is 27 Kg and 2278 x 1134 x 30 mm respectively.

Comet Generation 3 can be operated with maximum capacity of 1500 V and without voltage of up to 54.99 V from 54.49 V. Short-circuit current can be maintained from 14.60 A to 15.00 and temperature coefficient at 0.26% / ° C in this solar panel.

Solar panel manufacturer has given protection standard of IP68, provided coating with anti-glare, and made the glass thick with tempered glass 3.2 mm. 3N72e made suitable to be used outdoors with temperature ranging from -40 °C to +85 °C for solar panel owners.  In technical terms, overlapping of silicon cells each other by 0.3 mm has resulted in increasing the working space of 0.5% and the accumulated light rate up to 1.1%. 

According to solar panel manufacturer, their solar panel buyer will get 30-year warranty in case if efficiency loss in 1% during the first year of operation. The buyer will also be protected if decrease of 88.85% occur in nominal value within the time period of 30 years.

Solar panel manufacturer has not yet revealed the price of its new product. About the availability in consumer market, Shanghai Aiko Solar indicated the availability in the fourth quarter of ongoing year of 2024.
