The Fury
This is a
story about Lana Farrar, an American, renowned film star who relinquished
acting in movies later after fame. Lana who embraced the showbiz career at the
age of just nineteen, was from a California. Initially she acted in the movies
produced by Hollywood producer Otto Krantz who also won the Oscar accolade.
Lana was beautiful, charming, there was a magic in her blue eyes. Celebrity
Lana also was awarded an Oscar after playing her role of Ophelia. The name of
first husband was Otto who had died mysteriously during early movie career of
Lana. Lana bid a farewell to the film industry at the age of thirty five when
she was at peak of her acting career.
When Lana
travelled into England, she fallen in love with Jason Miller, a British
businessman. Before tying the marriage knot in London, Lana bought a spacious
six storied luxury home in Mayfair whom she was living with her son Leo who was
in early age. The early days of Lana were memorable in London, she used to roam
worry-free into the streets and enjoyed sightseeing even without getting
noticed from her fans after calling off showbiz. After spending ten years
through often rainy but seldom sunny weather in London, Lana made up her mind
to travel into Greece to celebrate Easter so she called up her British friend
who was an actress and her name was Kate.
Kate became excited when she heard but before she was in bad temperament, not content with her stage role of assigned Clytemnestra and scolded from the director Gordon during rehearsal of play for not uttering lines properly. Kate was Lana's best friend, she met her thirty years ago at the movie set but both had different personalities. In wearing outfit, their choice was not congruent and both looked differently among public in London.
The Greek island
that they were to stay on was not an ordinary place but like heaven on earth, a
private beautiful island owned by Lana's first deceased husband Otto that he
handed over as a valuable gift of love. The isolated Greek island was being
looked after by a fisherman named Nikos and only person living there alone.
When Otto was alive, Lana used to visit twice a year, spent a memorable but had
unpleasant experience while he was in drunk, even tolerated his abusive behavior.
In age, Lana was much younger than Otto, she widowed when he died of heart
attack.
The story
turned into mystery when Lana was found dead in luxurious villa of Greek
island. At the time of her murder, there were seven of her friends around her
and but one could be suspicious and few names out of seven except Lana were
Kate, Nikos, Jason and Elliot Chase who narrated a full story from beginning
till end for readers.
