Once upon a time there lived a dog who was called Scuppers by name. Scuppers the Dog had one ambition in life and that was to become a sailor. Scuppers was living on the farm near the shore and therefore had always an eye on the sea shore.

One day Scuppers saw submarine had surfaced on the sea shore but refused to board in and had no intention to travel under water because he want to be sailor of ship.

The next day, Scuppers had seen the small car but refused to embark, had no intention to travel on land because he want to be sailor of ship.

Dreaming of being Sailor

Finally one fortunate day, Scuppers the Dog saw that the ship had anchored on sea shore so he rushed, boarded the ship and become a sailor. That was not a very grandiose ship rather a small one and there was a little space for Scuppers the Dog for keeping his hat, rope, handkerchief, pants, spyglasses, shoes and to sleep in ship. Although his wish for becoming a sailor was granted but the ship smashed and stranded on sea.

What would Scuppers the Dog do now in unfortunate situation and what steps would he take to survive?
